Bead Size Variation: Due to the inherent properties of natural materials, bead sizes may vary by approximately 1mm. For reference only, we do not compensate for variations of 0.8mm or less.
Hole Size Issues: It is imperative that you ensure compatibility between our beads and your specific string. We do not provide compensation for any issues related to hole size.
Product Color Variations: Many of our products are crafted from natural stones, which may exhibit color variations. While we strive to present accurate representations in our product images, minor discrepancies may exist. We are, however, always willing to collaborate with you should you encounter a significant variance.
Gold Clad Products Colour Difference:
Gold clad products are a great alternative to solid gold. However, please note that it is not solid gold and therefore will still lose its lustre. Please treat it with the same care as you would any jewellery.
We do not guarantee that any gold jewellery will always have a consistent tone. Gold plated and/or gold clad products will vary from batch to batch and factory to factory depending on the manufacturer's preference. Therefore, we do not guarantee that the colour of any gold jewellery will always be consistent.
Product Variations:
In line with industry standards, not all beads on a strand will be flawless. We do not offer reimbursement for a few imperfect beads unless the entire strand is significantly flawed. Natural inclusions in gemstones are not indicative of damage.
Batch Variations:
On occasion, a new batch of items may display slight variations compared to the original batch. Please understand that we do not consistently update product images for every new batch. However, we are committed to notifying you of any significant differences.
Product Descriptions and Title Accuracy:
Errors in product descriptions or titles, due to oversights, do not warrant refunds if the item aligns with the listing image. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for typographical or text errors in the listing.
Reseller Policy:
Customers who intend to purchase items for resale assume all associated risks. We do not accept responsibility once items are marked for resale. We also want to emphasize that we are not accountable for any shipping delays incurred during the shipping process. This holds true regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Finally:
All sizes and measurements are approximate. Size discrepancies will not be compensated. No compensation, replacements or refunds will be given for minor flaws, defects or damages (such as flaking paint, scratches, minor colour variations from photos and/or minor detailing issues or minor damages). If you wish to replace them, the buyer must send them back at their own expense. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
If the item can be returned, please bear the cost of mailing it to us and compensate for any value loss caused by the item not being returned in its original form.
Please inspect the item upon receipt of your order. Please notify us within 14 days in the event of a significant difference.
When returning an item, please be sure to provide:
your order number or the email address you left when you made your purchase.
Please note that all returnable items are subject to a 20% to 30% restocking fee. This fee is used to cover employee restocking fees, shipping costs and other expenses, including DiyBeadBox fees.
